Being a newbie in RE, I want to start investing in Vacant Land. Which of these 4 states (counties) have the greatest demand for vacant land?

Arizona,
Colorado,
Nevada,
Utah
Thanks for your response,

@Chaim K. your question is a bit like asking what kind of car should I buy. There is vacant land that is suited for infill withing the urban core, there is vacant land that is holdings within a national forest, there is vacant land on the urban edge primed for development, there is vacant farm land in rural areas. What are you planning on doing? While I like Colorado as a whole Colorado has it's fair share of valueless vacant land. I think you need to pick what your plan is and see which market has the greatest opportunity for success of your plan.
