What are the pros of having a real estate license as an investor?
I'm not very interested in becoming a real estate agent right now, but would going through the coursework provide useful information that could benefit an investor?
I've noticed that in other threads the main benefit is access to the MLS. Apart from this is there anything you're going to learn in the course work that is significantly more difficult to learn on your own?
