Evaluating a property for an FHA loan
I'm wondering if I need to approach an analysis differently knowing an FHA loan will be used?
I am a new investor and I want to start evaluating properties in my local area.
I'm looking for a multifamily property, most likely a duplex.
Thanks for the help!
