Hello im trying to buy my first property to flip. i have many questions but let me start with this one first:

When i buy a house how soon can i sell it? i will be buying my first house. i dont own a house right now. from doing a little research i found that you can sell the house right away if you put 20% down. when putting 5% down you have to wait 2 years to sell the house. is this correct?
