Post: Paying Taxes After a flip owned Property for less then 2 years

Hello. To make a long story short. I sold a house#1 in November 2019 I owned the house for 15 months. After renovations I sold the house#1 for 100k in profit. In September 2019 I bought a house #2 that i want to keep and live in ( wanted to sell house#1 first but the buyer couldn’t get a mortgage and the process took until November). Now Im in the process of buying house#3 investment property that i want to flip which has the closing date for February 2020. Now the question is how do i avoid paying taxes (because i owned house#1 for less the 2 years and I bought a house#2 before i sold house#1) on the house#1 that i made 100k on? Is there a way? Thank you for any answers.

I started saving 2 years ago. Im cooking at home with less then $50 a week. Not going out for last 2 years (fml). Didnt buy any clothes for last 2 years. Basicly life is really boring. But saved almost 30k and im really proud of myself. :) Saving for my first income property. Goodluck ;)

hey. first of all thank you for your time and any kind of answers. really appreciated.

So. I want to buy a Condo (60k) as my first flip and have a simple questions. (I have around 15k savings and My Uncle said that he can lend me up to 30k but i would have to show him a finished ready to sell product).

--so can i buy with 3% down with closing cost included in mortgage? after i fix it up (with my savings) and get it ready to sell. then can i use my uncles money to pay of more then 20% to make it a investment property?? and this way i can i sell it at any time i want without having to "live" there for 2 years before i can sell it?

Thank you again for any help.
