If you're just looking for an agent to submit your paperwork in large volume, look for a new agent who is looking for any way to make a commission. Experienced agents who know the market and the business are very unlikely to want to work with you. There are way more inexperienced agents than there are seasoned experienced agents, so it should be pretty easy to find one to work with.
