a couple of questions
Are houses at less than 60K necessarily in bad shape, or in bad neighborhoods?
I would like to buy one for a rental, but will be depending on a Prop man to handle all aspects of the renting.
I'd like to buy possibly in/near Indianapolis or Amarillo, but don't want to throw my money away.
How do I determine if a prop manager is reliable, upstanding, trustworthy, dependable, a good businessman with an eye to taking care of his clients, (me) and honest?
