Requesting Expenses
Hello,
What should I request before sending an offering on a 2 family house with tenants in it? Here are some requests I already know about:
- Water invoices
- Proof current tenants are paying their rent
- Recent invoices from improvements
- Lease agreements
- Proof that own has 1st/last/security in proper accounts
- It has 2 gas meters and 2 electric meters, so assuming that is covered by tenant
