Im working in a really nice area off of Howell mill rd in downtown Atlanta and came across an empty ran down home in the middle of beautiful homes. 1775 warren ct. If I had the financing I would jump all over this. So I'm letting others with capital know about it. Hope some here can make some money off of this. Good luck.
