If you own a vacant, buildable lot, are there any banks that will allow you to pull cash out of it by refinancing?

Local banks are going to be your best option, and some are more flexible than others on the types of things they will loan against.

  land loans are pretty tough for any local bank to do unless your a top tier client and they do you an accommodation.

usually if you need or want cash you just sell the lot...
