I am looking for a $35,000 loan secured against my rental property in Richmond, Virginia.  The terms would be 15 years at 7% interest, and you will be in 1st position.  The property is currently rented on a lease option for $650 per month with an option to buy for $65,000 in 18 months, so I would probably cash you out soon, if he exercises that option.  If not, I will continue to pay you for the term of the loan or you will seize my $65,000 asset for $35,000.  Contact me if you're interested and we can talk in more detail.

The address is 448 N. San Pedro St. San Jose, CA. Its an interesting property as it is zoned residential but has the option to go back to commercial. The main house is 4bd 1ba, there is an attached studio, and an attached office space. Total sqft is approximayely 1900. The seller is willing to carry, terms are negotiable.
