Is a Land Trust useful when a mortgage exist?

Hello,

I'm buying my first property (single family home) that I'm going to live in, but it's going to be my window to realty investing.

Since the house it's going to have a conventional 30-year loan under my name tied to it, is it really worth it to create a land trust for this property? Since the loan is under my name, I'm thinking that the loan will reveal my name anyway. Is this correct?

Thanks for your help.

Lorenn
