I have 2 comments for you but I'm unclear as to what you are looking for when you say landlord insurance? I'm guessing you want to insure a rental property?

I highly recommend NREIG for all rentals and flips in any state. They are based in Kansas City and they have several contacts right here on BP. I've worked with NREIG here in AZ and they take care of my MN properties as well. 

If you really think you need someone local I'd suggest Clark Sanchez with State Farm. He is active with AZREIA and a preferred vendor endorsed by AZREIA.
