So I really want to get started rehabbing, should I make an S Corp before I even get started rehabbing, before I apply for a hard money loan? Would I buy properties through the s corp, apply for hard money through the s corp? What's better for a new yorker, nevada or Wyoming?

If there is a post with this info please link it, I've searched and didn't find anything helpful enough. Thank you
