I currently have an investment property that I am looking to move and would like to know if anyone knows of other places besides here to find highly motivated buyers for well performing properties. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

James Wise correct me if I am wrong but you need a relator to get listed on the MLS is that not correct.

Joshua Dorkin you are right this is one of the biggest but we both know it never hurts to reach far and beyond to get that ideal buyer. Love the podcast by the way.

Aaron Montague those are both great ideas never thought of the banks as a resource for selling property but what a great idea.
