Jason, you can find the owner's name on public tax records. Try this site: NJACTB.org.

It's completely free and has other useful info like the gross living area and year built of the home.

I would try http://www.netronline.com this is a nationwide property search website. You will one day do deals not only in NJ and this is an excellent resource.

I agree with Kevin. Njactb.org is your best bet. Free, export-able to Excel, good search criteria to choose from etc.
