what would you do.
Owner owes 57k. ARV $80-85k. Repairs- basement leaks bad and unfinished 6-10k?. Market rent $900. Wholesaling lease to purchase seems to be the best fit. Seller really is hesitant to be a landlord. Also shes on ssi and is afraid the rental income would disqualify her. What would your exit strategy be?
