Advice needed in purchasing property to utilize as short-term stay rental
Hi all,
My name is Christian and I'm fairly new in the real estate business, though not new to Biggerpockets.
I'd like to purchase a condo in San Francisco to utilize as a short-term stay rental property, marketing to potential Airbnb guests. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, especially with figuring out numbers.
