@James Wise, the property is listed on realtor.com so I'm assuming yes.

@Colin Smith, would you recommend a lawyer on top of a real estate agent? Thanks for your advice.

Thanks @Josh Caldwell. Are there any websites that can list lawyers in the area that would specialize in this area? (mobile homes).

Do I need to have a real estate agent for legality reasons when paying cash up front for a mobile home? Sorry, soon-to-be first time homebuyer here. Thanks in advance.

@Orlando Paz, what exactly is a master lease if I may ask? Thanks in advance.

Is there such thing as mobile home financing? I'd love to purchase a mobile / manufactured home but I don't have the money to pay all cash up front.

If anyone knows of any financing programs for mobile homes with the lowest interest rates, please do let me know. I'm located in the East Bay Area of California.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all,

My name is Christian and I'm fairly new in the real estate business, though not new to Biggerpockets.

I'd like to purchase a condo in San Francisco to utilize as a short-term stay rental property, marketing to potential Airbnb guests. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, especially with figuring out numbers.

Thanks in advance.

Christian
