So I Called a Few Bandit Signs...

We've been looking for our next flip. Thought I would give a call to the bandit signs in my area. I've called 8. Left messages on all with my info and telling them I am an investor looking for a house to flip and to call me back so we could chat. Guess how many call backs I have received..... 0!!! I thought even if they didn't have any inventory they would still want to have a short chat to exchange info. Was I wrong to call? Just trying to be proactive in our search.

I have had this same experience when contacting bandit signs in my area.  How do they expect do grow a buyers list when they have cash buyers contacting them and they don't give them the time of day.

What a waste of time and money.
