investing in stockton
Hello Bp,
I am a wholesaler and new investors that primarly want to start investing for cash flow in my home town of stockton, Ca. The market is not too bad and there are dirt cheap properties that cash flow rather well. A big thing that bugs me is the city file for bankruptcy a few years back and I am unfamiliar of how that can affect my investments. when I put in offers for house the realtor tells me that they cannot predict what the effects or outcome can bring but currently isn't affecting the market. what I want to know is what is the possible problems that can come up investing in a city that is bankrupt?
