first house problem
Hello everyone,
So I found my first house and want to turn it into a rental in the next 5 years. I got the price down from 140 to 114, but the house was a flip. I got the house under contract and inspected , but there are a lot of things wrong. Everything from bad siding, structural issues, heating and air issues, ground grading, windows and the list goes on. I told my realitor to cancel the deal and the seller said he will fix everything with a licensed contractor. Any thoughts or ideas are appreacited
