Hello All,

I have recently been offered the opportunity to be a part of a very large and lucrative off market land development deal.  I am facilitating at the financing level for the connection to the money.  That said, I have a very good Investor Portfolio for regular RE deals, but have never done this kind of Portfolio/Proforma.  

I am researching the internet and all my contacts to see if I can get an example of one to use as a skeleton and tweak it for our deal to put together the most complete package I can.  We have alot of the information, but I want to put it in a professional format.

Does any one have any example or websites I could look at they could recommend?
