Does anyone work with a local person that does these duties listed below?  

Maximizing investments by buying properties from other sources, sales, and auctions ($2500-$20k per property)

Obtaining rehab budgets, cap rates, ROIs, rental rates, buyers, and contract buyers

Licensed Real Estate Broker duties such as buying or selling properties on the BLC

A/R & A/P Services, all property operations, rental billing & collections

Budgeting, forecasting and reconciling all property income & expenses

Ensuring adherence to the operating and capital budgets and achieving optimum performance

Serving as the single point of contact for property owners and investors
