Networking fee?!
Ok. I know a contractor wanting to do flips. He is willing to split profit 50/50 with an investor who will fund the deals.
I don't have enough money to partner with him. But what if I could find the investor? How would/could you monetize on this situation? I have a few things rolling around up there but I'm not even sure how to make it happen.
I'm interested to hear your ideas.
Thanks!
Taylor

I'd probably be left with a bitter taste if someone charged me a fee for "networking". Imagine if someone wanted to charge you when you asked them "Hey you know a good plumber?"
