Hello all, I have been presented with 2 investment opportunities. I would purchase with cash. The first opportunity consists of 3 properties for just 80k. The problem is that I am hesitant about the neighborhoods. The upside is that these will leave me with a chunk of cash. The second opportunity is for 2 properties in much better areas, but with purchase price of 110k. The cash flow on the 80k purchase will be $865, cash flow on the 110k will be $961
