Seeking Real Estate Investment Advice at 17

Hey BP,

I’m 17 (turning 18 soon) looking to get started in real estate investing. I’ve been reading books, watching podcasts, and learning as much as I can, but my biggest challenge right now is figuring out the best strategy to start—especially with little capital.

I’ve heard house hacking is a great way to get started, but I’d love to hear from experienced investors. If you were starting over today, how would you approach real estate investing as a young beginner, and how would you acquire the capital needed for an investment?

Wholesaling really interests me—it seems like a low-risk, high-reward strategy. I understand it can be a bit complex, and two challenges I see are finding quality leads and securing reliable end buyers.
