Ready To Go

I haven't done my first deal yet, but I set a lofty goal for this quarter to have purchased 10 properties and sold them quickly for a minimum profit of $10,000 per property.

This massive goal was inspired after listening to Benjamin Hardy talk about 10x is easier than 2x.

I'm not looking for people to belittle the goal I have or give me reasons why it won't work. What I would appreciate is people pointing me in the right direction in how I can accomplish this goal!

Thanks to everyone in advance!

Not going to belittle you but give another perspective and look at quality over quantity. Since you have never done a deal full cycle trying to get ten done - is that wise? Is quality better than quantity v

just because someone says oh 10x and ig you get 3 done great / well that sounds great at seminars but it's not really how things work in the real world

to point you in the right direction I would map out a plan to get deal #1 done. What type of deal that is and location can be determined but start small and think big.
