@Scott Johnson I like the letters and mailers idea. I for sure don't want to end up on the do not call list

@Chris Seveney yeah I definitely want to avoid legal trouble! Thank you

@Jason Zundel thanks for this advice. I'm looking to call people personally and have a conversation with them to find a win-win scenario for both of us. I don't plan on doing mass calls or automated voice stuff. But thank you for giving me some things to think about

@Randall Alan thanks for the encouragement and answer Randall. What I'm looking to do is essentially buy vacant lots below value and sell them to contractors/developers for a cheap price to start off. Hoping to use a couple of those quick sales to then fund some bigger returns and get into rentals because my ultimate goal is to start creating passive income

There's a reason that steel is forged in fire. It takes a lot of pain and hard times to develop strong character and disciplines but it takes a strong person to stay kind and loving still after all of that

Find someone to buy out your half or ask her if she's willing to buy out your half

I feel like the ultimate goal would be to have either multifamily or apartment complexes that you own and is managed by a property manager because that provide stable monthly income for you

I haven't done my first deal yet, but I set a lofty goal for this quarter to have purchased 10 properties and sold them quickly for a minimum profit of $10,000 per property.

This massive goal was inspired after listening to Benjamin Hardy talk about 10x is easier than 2x.

I'm not looking for people to belittle the goal I have or give me reasons why it won't work. What I would appreciate is people pointing me in the right direction in how I can accomplish this goal!

Thanks to everyone in advance!

If I am looking to contact people who's homes are going into foreclosure before the foreclosure happens, what is the ethics or legality of finding their name through public records and reaching out to them?

What is the best way to go about this? Is there sites for finding peoples contact information with only having access to their name or current address?

@Zack Bennett Hey Zack great to meet you! What type of investing do you do personally?
