Miami is a Spanish speaker's world
Miami is a Spanish speaker's world. That reigns true in real estate as well.
A list of the top countries searching for South Florida real estate was published and to no one's surprise, 4 countries were Spanish speakers. This accounts for a third of all countries searching. As someone in the industry without the language, I can attest to the difficulty it creates.
Have you ever missed out on a deal due to a language barrier?
