Thaks Nico, could you explain why you’re using the triple line dialer method? Also, could you describe how this method helps you in acquiring leads?

Using a triple line dialer is just more effective, I can reach more people when cold calling.

Who here is currently running facebook ads? What results are you seeing?

Hey Jack, Yea we hired 2 callers, they make roughly 100-150 calls a day on a triple line dialer. averaging between 2-4 leads a day and about an appointment set every other day. I spend roughly $2,000/mo for both of them (but incentivize them with commissions).

For sms i send out messages to people who have opted into my website over a 6 month period and its worked well

Whats up everyone, how are you generating leads right now? Whats working? Also id love to hear from you whats not working or what your struggling with .

For me, hiring a few Vas to cold call has been paying off, text messaging is doing decent.

I see a lot of EV charger companies popping up and contacting me. I was wondering if anyone has gone through with adding them to their units. If so, why did you do it? Could you talk a little about the process and numbers? Thanks.

Hello everybody, Im new to the Florida market and I'm looking to do ringless voicemail in my marketing. Ive heard that Florida is one of the only states that does not allow rvm and actually has a law against it. Is anyone running into trouble with this? and is anybody still including rvm in their marketing?

Good morning, I am a licensed Real estate agent in New Jersey. I am trying to switch firms but the broker at the new firm does not want me to do wholesaling because he thinks it is a scam. What I have been told by the real estate commission is the broker has to approve the activity. Any advice on how to get the broker to allow me to wholesale?
