The 10 Dumbest Comments Said to me by Real Estate Professionals

I actually find most real estate professionals (brokers, appraisers, etc.) to be competent or even VERY competent (at least the ones I try to deal with). However, if you’re in the business long enough........

1. You can’t sell the house, you owe too much

2. It’s illegal to sell a property with a loan on it

3. The title companies don’t allow purchases in the name of LLCs

4. You have to live in California to buy a California property

5. Your credit score is above what lenders want

6. There isn’t anything for sale in San Diego

7. A condominium isn’t real estate

8. Florida was one of the original 13 colonies

9. You can’t sell a property “as is”

10. People don’t negotiate price

what “dumb” comments told to you can you add?
