Hi all. Couldn’t find anything covering this topic. Just curious if anyone has any experience getting into real estate investing via becoming a home inspector and kind of grasping the field. I am a recent college graduate, working in the manufacturing industry as an EHS Specialist. The home inspector that I used when I bought my home had a similar background. One of my questions is where do I start? I keep seeing conflicting information about it in PA so if anyone can provide more guidance, awesome! I also have stumbled across a guy on TikTok (I know, I know) who claims he got into real estate investing by developing relationships by completing inspections for investors and essentially picking their brains on the business side of things. Any type of information helps! Thank you in advance
