property line issue.
Good morning, people. I have a question regarding my neighbors house. I refinanced my home this year and found out that the neighbors house sits on 4 feet of my property. This information came out during the title search. What would be the proper steps to resolve this matter. Any tips would be helpful, thanks in advance!

You’ll have to check with the county/city building and zoning dept. The primary concern would be meeting the building set back requirements from the proposed new lot lines.
