In the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area you would be looking at a home that would consist of: 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, unfinished basement, and a single garage. The age of the home would be 50-60 years old.

Thank you for your advice. I was told during my closing that I could possibly confront issues if I wanted to sell my property. Any idea on how to mend the problem before I decide to sell? I, personally don't have a problem with turning a blind eye on the matter. Thanks again!

Good morning, people. I have a question regarding my neighbors house. I refinanced my home this year and found out that the neighbors house sits on 4 feet of my property. This information came out during the title search. What would be the proper steps to resolve this matter. Any tips would be helpful, thanks in advance!

Good morning folks. My name is Tom and I have a question regarding hard money loans. I have been considering taking the leap into the "fixer upper" market. I am a real estate appraiser with considerable experience in the construction field. Would hard money lenders pre-approve a person for an amount of money before a property was found? The reason for the question is because the market is so competative and I would like to jump on a property if one interested me. Thanks for your time.
