Hello,

I am just starting to look at properties in Texas and putting together a team to work together. I am looking for a house inspector who goes into every tiny details that need attention and uses a good reporting tool to look at the issues. Can you please share contacts who operate in Austin or San Antonio?

I was reading AC3 grade laminate is as good as LVP. It has close to 50 to 72 hours of being waterproof once water lands on the floor. LVP is waterproof completely. In terms of looks amd scratch proof laminate seem to be recommended

I'd prefer LVP, but that certainly wouldn't be an issue for me if my overall numbers/returns on the deal met my criteria. Hell, having laminate is better than having carpet carpet imo (assuming good quality of course).

Hello,

I am interested in a property which is fully rehabbed, but the property is having laminate wood for flooring everywhere in the house.

The numbers work fine for rental income. The only concern I have is the laminate wood flooring.

It is a 140K house.

Hi Guys,

I am starting to finalize on the BRRRR deal. I would like to know your thoughts about the team i have in place. Let me know if I am missing anything for the process.

This is going to be all cash deal. Below is the team for now.

1) buyer Realtor

2) house rehab company

3)underwriter company

4) House inspection contact

Anything else needed?

Hi Guys

i am looking to invest in the westwood area in memphis. I am looking forward to some investors to share experiences who have invested in this area. Is it a lot of work to maintain the house in this area? I am specifically looking in the indian hills community area. If there are bad experience i prefer staying of the area. Please advise.

Hi All,

I am posting for a friend who is interested in this property.

4209 Warbonnet St, Memphis, TN 38109

It is a fully rehab turnkey property. I wanted to get some feedback from you guys regarding the location of the property. It is close to the westwood community center. Any concerns on get rentals in this location? Or any other concerns? Please let me know your thoughts.

I personally like investing in this area. If you don't want to rehab a property them go for it. You really need an agent to help you, hopefully your not overpaying from a turnkey company. Goodluck and let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks Jordan!

Talk to your realtor. They should be able to point you in the direction of someone local and have an idea of what the cost is.

I am buying from a turnkey  company so there is no buying agent.
