Vacation Home Loan Lender Recs
Hi, who all do you recommend for vacation lender home loans? Looking for 5-10% down.

Unless you are looking to go hard money you will not secure financing for a vacation home with 5-10% down. You will need 20% or even 25% down plus all loan and closing costs to make the loan happen.
