Hi All,

In order to calculate the depreciation of a property, I need to separate the cost of the land.  Any advice for how to caluclate the value of my land on a property?

I'm working on filing my taxes and need this piece but don't know where to go to find my land value.

Thanks

As noted before, use the valuation ratios shown in your first tax bill after purchase — the one that reflects your purchase.
