For a buy and hold is land good?
I just looked at a single family home 3b 1b and it is on .88 acres. Overall my wife and I think it is a great buy and hold property for renting out. My only concern is the land. This amount seems to much for a push lawn mower, and I don't know if that is a big turn off for the average renter. Any thoughts?

If someone had dogs that needed lots of space to run around, that would be an advantage for a renter that wouldn't want a small yard. But you'd have to be willing to lease to renters that had dogs.
I agree, a push mower would be tedious; the renter would need to have a riding lawn mower.
