Secured Debt Funds

I am having some analysis paralysis and so looking for input and suggestions.  I am looking for a secured debt fund with a simple or compounding interest distribution paid out monthly or quarterly.  I also want a 24 month or less term.  Right now, I am leaning toward Integris.  Has anyone else had a positive or negative experience with them?  Are there any others that I should take a look at and why?

Quote from @John R Olson:

Yes, everything I am looking at is secured by CRE and not unsecured peer to peer.

I would read that again and have an attorney explain what something that is secured by a pledge of distributions from affiliated ventures means.

As typically that means you are not investing in the entity that owns the assets. So where are you in the capital stack?
