Investing in beach condo. Need advise on expected costs

Thomas Moss
Posted

Current have 1 single family home LTR. Looking into getting into a beach condo possibly in the Florida panhandle.

I have very little knowledge regarding the costs accompanied by this and therefore difficult to calculate deals/cash flow when assessing properties.

Would anyone be able to give rough estimates of electric/heat/air bill. Also unsure of insurance costs.

Any blogs, podcast episodes, books, any links to read up on would be greatly appreciated.

I think your best bet if to reach out to a great investor friendly agent in that area who OWNS or manages beach condos. They will give you the best possible estimate on costs because they incur them themself
