Hello BP Family. I'm new to your website. However, I'm not new to RE investments. I'm so happy to find your site. Since I stumbled across the BP podcast, I've binging on the show episodes. For years, my husband has been questioning my strategies for building wealth, especially since we are only 4-5 years away from retirement. Although he has seen our income from our SFR propel in leaps over a 12 yrs span. This year, I took another leap of faith, I scaled up to a commercial 5 plex.
