Hi Lucky

I'm interested in multifamily building. Duplex, triplex quadraplex or larger. Reach out to me if you have inventories.

Quote from @Yiyi Zhang:

Thank you Maxine, any recommendations you have for realtor/PM etc or other investors to connect in the area?

 Hannah Roach. BP

Looks like she go a handle on the area. I use Aaims Property Management. But Hannah may have another PM in mind.

HellI invest in the Fayetteville area from out of town. What you need is a good property manager who is very familiar with the area, to steer you away from the war zones. Also, you realtor should know this as well. Good luck.

Would Love to do business with a commercial realtor broker in the Fayetteville NC Cumberland County. Please don't contact me if you're a residential realtor.

Hi Joe.

I have been using them since 2012

They managed all of my properties and I've never had any issues with them. They are my boots on the ground.

Try Lumbee! Just keep in mind they are commercial bank. So your rates will be high and term short.

Good luck.

I love Buy and Hold. Just make sure the numbers work.

True indeed! And that's why i made my mantee aware the holidays its the best time to buy a rental property, because it may sit for awhile until the new year. However, i like buying investment properties that time of the year, since i have little or no competitors. "So make sure you factor in holding cost, after closing".
