Best Partnership Legal Structure

Hi all,

I am looking to enter a partnership with one other person to purchase a 2-4 unit multi family property. What is the best way to set up a partnership legally (llc?). Any tips or suggestions are much appreciated!

All my partnerships in Columbus OH are LLC's. You'll need an operating agreement for the LLC which will spell everything out
