Request for guidance, issue with nationwide landlord

I happen to live next door to horrible tenants. Ive battled them with the cops for a couple years. Their landlord is a national co that refused to respond when i requested a phone call from them. Also their fend lies over onto my property and I've written formal letters asking them to mice it ir call me for a resolution. Since no response I gave up and sent formal complaints to their registered againt, then notification of impending legal action if they do not respond. I was planning on filing in the next couple weeks...well Happy New Year the tenants moved out this weekend! I still need to deal with the fence tho. I was hoping maybe they would want to just sell the place to me as is, but I still cant find their local rep and the corporate offices are still no use at all. Any ideas on how to handle from here? It's been a miserable couple years and I cant even fence my own property.
