The Private Sector and Private Money Alone Will Solve The Housing Crisis

To solve the housing problem we need more than just multi family housing. We need to make a return to the 50's era when we were building the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage starter home. Now we can make them efficient with solar, fiber optics and Starlink internet. But it won't be the government or activists solving the housing crisis. It will be the private sector backed by PRIVATE MONEY!!!

We need to take the politicians out of it. We need to take the activists out of it. Put a cold hard stop to the hatred of Short Term Rentals as most of them aren't in areas where they have any impact at all.

Private Money. Funds. Family Offices, Private Sector.
