looking for advice for the upper peninsula of Michigan/northern Wisconsin

Had anyone had rentals in the UP of Michigan, or northern Wisconsin. If so tell me your experiences, challenges etc. Would like to have a few properties up there. Currently looking at the Ironwood area, but not locked in to any one area.
