How do I structure Partnership or percentage ownership?
New investor question. I'm good at finding potential deals, performing due diligence etc.. But the problem is I don't Have a ton of down payment. So, I'm curious if I find somebody who does have the doubt payment or someone I could split the down payment with how would I structure the ownership or the partnership of the property?

Basically the more cash they put in the more ownership they get. Finding deals and running the numbers is important, as is PM skills, but it is not cash.
