How to find hedge fund buyers

Does anyone know how to find hedge fund companies that specialize in real estate. In the past we have worked with several local hedge fund companies helping them buy for their portfolio. I know their are like a billion hedge fund companies available, but I have been having a hard time finding the hedge funds that focus on just real estate. Every time I look it seems the hedge funds specialize in something other than real estate. If I know how to contact the real estate hedge fund guys I would. I could be a good asset to them given the chance.
