how active is the wholesaling market in CA? started wholesaling real estate about 5 years ago, but strictly in AZ. I know people that will buy properties over there, so I never ventured out. Now, I'm in Orange County doing this virtually, and wondering, can we do this here in CA?

-How active are investors buying properties in CA for investment purposes?(is it more or less difficult to dispo?)

-How difficult is it to come across a deal? As well as average assignment fee?

-What is the best way to market in CA? (best money spent for advertising)

-What are the numbers for purchase price associated with the after repairs value of a property?(purchase price %)

I know the answers for Arizona so if anyone wants to hear about that, lmk.

These questions have a million different answers to them, so please everyone, give me your opinions!

@Dylan Hoey

-How active are investors buying properties in CA for investment purposes?(is it more or less difficult to dispo?) Very active and easy to dispo.  The issues around here are NO inventory.

-How difficult is it to come across a deal? As well as average assignment fee?  Very difficult, but not impossible.  We are closing on a sub-to deal next month.  Assignment fee depends on deal, but if you are not greedy, $10-15K

-What is the best way to market in CA? (best money spent for advertising)  Cold calling and texting.

-What are the numbers for purchase price associated with the after repairs value of a property?(purchase price %) 60-70%
